All accepted (main conference) papers MUST have at least one full (non-student) registration no later than April 30, 2024 (the early registration deadline). A student author can register at the student rate only if another co-author has registered at the full rate. A student registration does not cover a paper.
One full (member or non-member) registration covers 1 main conference paper + 1 workshop paper. Workshop papers can also be covered by a student registration. Workshop registrations are valid for 1 day for the day of the selected workshop and also cover 1 workshop paper. No social events are included in the workshop registration.

What do the registration fees include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Certificate of attendance (sent via email after the conference)
- All Prices Include VAT
If you are not already a member, you can join IEEE and enjoy reduced registration rates, among many other benefits and resources the IEEE offers. The IEEE Biometrics Council membership is free for IEEE members, you can add it to your membership any time. The council members also qualify for the DEI Travel Grants.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed:
- Cancellations received between March 1 until April 10, 2024 – 50% will be refunded
- From April 10, 2024 – no refund will be made.
